"Shockingly Good Service Every Time"
I’ve been to two different locations now, both times were a breath of fresh air. They got me in and out fast, treated me fairly, and didn’t make the whole thing feel like some huge ordeal. No drama, no complaints, just solid service.

"Convenient list of services, thankfully"
I was looking around precisiontune.com, and to be fair, they do have a wide service menu. Oil changes, brakes, tires, tune-ups, AC work, it’s all right there and easy enough to find. it’s kind of a relief not having to click all over the place just to figure out what they actually offer

"I really appreciated that Precision Tune had hours..."
I really appreciated that Precision Tune had hours that fit around my workday. I was able to swing by without having to take time off, that made the whole thing a lot easier. They were open when I needed them, and getting my car checked felt way less stressful because of it. It’s a simple thing, but it definitely matters.

"Had a Good Feeling About the Visit"
The staff were really easy to talk to and stayed professional the whole time. They explained everything clearly without making it feel awkward or like they were trying to push anything on me. i just had a good feeling about the place, and the whole visit went smoothly.

I went in kind of expecting the usual pushy sales pitch or a long list of stuff I “had” to fix right away, but that wasn’t the case at all. They were straight with me about what actually needed attention and what could wait, which I really appreciated. The pricing made sense, and they took the time to answer my questions without making me feel like I was bothering them. Overall, it felt honest and easy, and I’d definitely go back

"They had what I needed"
I ended up on precisiontune.com because I needed a couple parts for something I was dealing with and didn’t really have time to wait around. Luckily they had them ready, and getting it all sorted was straightforward. Saved me from having to call a bunch of places and explain the whole thing over and over. Overall, it worked out and I was glad it was easy...

"Good communication and solid service"
I had my car in for some work recently and overall had a really good experience. They were easy to talk to and called with updates, which I appreciated instead of just leaving me wondering what was going on. I also liked that they explained the repair clearly and broke down what actually needed to be done without making it feel pushy or awkward. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but the communication made that easier to deal with. Solid visit, and I’d definitely use them again

"Parking could’ve been better"
The service was fine overall, so no real complaints there. But the parking was kind of a pain, honestly. There weren’t many open spots when I got there, and I had to circle around once, which felt like something they could manage a little better. Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying.

"Heads up: cleaner than most auto shops, but not perfect"
Just a quick heads up for anyone thinking about going here for an oil change, the waiting area was actually clean compared to a lot of auto shops I’ve been to. The floors looked swept, the bathroom was decent, and the place didn’t have that old greasy smell you sometimes get. The chairs were fine too. That said, the coffee area definitely needed a wipe down, and I did end up waiting a little longer than I expected. Not a bad experience overall, just something to be aware of if you’re picky about the small stuff

This place is really convenient for me since it’s right near my usual route. I was able to drop my car off quickly without going out of my way, which was great. Having to drive all over town for something like that would’ve been ridiculous.

"Good service, worth the wait"
I’ve taken my car to Precision Tune a few times now, and overall it’s been a good experience. The staff has always been friendly and easy to deal with. The only downside is that the wait can be a little longer than I’d like, but the work has turned out well each time, so to me it’s still worth it.

"Pretty much what I expected from them"
I had a feeling they’d figure it out quickly, and sure enough, they did. They found the main issue fast and got things moving without a lot of back and forth. They did miss one small sensor thing at first, but that just seemed like a minor hiccup, not a big deal. Overall, it kind of confirmed what I already thought — they know what they’re doing.
